These Terms of Use apply to use of the Uplift Register website, early-access pages, platform, opportunity feed, reports, alerts and related services.

1. Who we are

Uplift Register / The Uplift Register is a development opportunity intelligence platform.

Final legal entity details will be reflected in the final solicitor-reviewed version of these terms.

2. What Uplift Register provides

Uplift Register provides signal-led property and development opportunity intelligence for serious operators.

Depending on the access level, the service may include opportunity feeds, scoring or confidence indicators, evidence-backed reports, alerts, saved searches or presets, and downloadable or exportable reports.

3. What Uplift Register is not

Uplift Register is an intelligence platform, not an advisory or execution service.

It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, planning advice, tax advice, valuation advice, financial advice, brokerage or agency services. It does not guarantee returns, planning outcomes, deal availability or transaction success.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it.

Where relevant, users should take appropriate professional advice from their own solicitor, planning consultant, architect, surveyor, valuer, accountant or financial adviser.

5. Data and intelligence limitations

Uplift Register may use third-party, public, commercial, geospatial, planning, property and other data sources.

Data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, inconsistent, stale or subject to later correction.

Scores, confidence indicators, reports and other outputs are intelligence aids only and must not be treated as guarantees.

6. Account access and security

If you are given access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and confidential.

Accounts must not be shared outside permitted use, users must not attempt unauthorised access, and suspected misuse should be reported promptly to Uplift Register.

7. Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • scrape the website or platform;
  • bulk download, harvest or extract data at scale;
  • copy, resell, redistribute or republish reports or opportunity data;
  • reverse engineer the platform, scoring, gates, prompts, models, detection logic or workflows;
  • use the service to create or support a competing service;
  • bypass access controls or misuse alerts, exports or reports;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with service operation;
  • use the service unlawfully; or
  • misrepresent Uplift Register outputs as advice, valuation, planning opinion or guaranteed opportunity analysis.

8. Intellectual property

Uplift Register owns or licenses the website, platform, reports, branding, content, scoring presentation, report formats, visual system, data structures and related materials, except where third-party data rights apply.

Users receive limited access only. They do not acquire ownership of the platform, underlying system, scoring logic, source code, database, prompts, models, reports or brand assets.

9. Suspension or termination

Uplift Register may suspend, restrict or terminate access where there is misuse, suspected abuse, payment failure, legal or compliance risk, security risk, breach of these terms or operational need.

10. Availability

The website and platform may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, data-source issues, outages, deployment work or third-party provider issues.

Uplift Register does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
