These Subscription Terms apply to paid or approved access to Uplift Register and explain how subscription, billing and access-control arrangements may work at a general level.
Access to Uplift Register may be provided through early access, approved subscriber access, paid subscription, trial or temporary access where approved, or founder-controlled access windows where applicable.
Subscription pricing, billing period and included access rights are shown at checkout, in the applicable subscription offer, or in written subscription information provided by Uplift Register.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorised payment provider.
Users must provide accurate billing information, and access may depend on successful payment. Invoices or receipts may be sent electronically.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the process shown at checkout, in account settings or in the applicable billing route.
Where self-service cancellation is available, users should use that route.
Otherwise, users may contact [email protected] regarding cancellation or subscription queries.
Failed, reversed, disputed or overdue payments may result in access suspension, alert suspension, report or export restriction, or cancellation of access.
Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with the subscription offer, checkout terms, applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Access may end at the end of the paid period or earlier where required because of breach, misuse, payment failure or compliance reasons.
Alerts, reports, saved searches, exports and opportunity access may require an active subscription or approved access.
Uplift Register may update subscription features, access rules, pricing or availability, with appropriate notice where required.
